Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. For international delivery, contact us before ordering so we can quote the courier and confirm what is possible.

Timeframes

Orders are packed within one working day of confirmation.

• Major cities: typically 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
• Elsewhere in Pakistan: typically 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays and weather affect them.

Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable to your order, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm. There are no charges added afterwards.

Confirmation before dispatch

For cash on delivery orders we call or message to confirm your address before handing the parcel to the courier. If we cannot reach you after two attempts across two days, the order is held rather than dispatched.

How we pack

Every watch ships in its box where one was supplied, inside a rigid outer carton with protective fill. Parcels are unbranded on the outside.

Tracking

You receive a tracking reference by message once the parcel is collected.

On delivery

Check the parcel before the courier leaves, particularly for cash on delivery orders. If the outer carton is damaged or opened, refuse it and tell us the same day.

Failed delivery

If a courier cannot deliver after their standard attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a second dispatch. A repeat delivery charge may apply.
